Director

As the Director of STW, Mark Churchward brings numerous years of IT industry experience to the company, and has worked as a part of our team since 2004. Mark earned an Advanced Diploma in Computer System Engineering and holds numerous technical certifications with world-renowned technology companies including Microsoft and Cisco, making him the expert our loyal clients count on for reliable IT service and support. He is passionate in helping other businesses be successful and confident in their IT infrastructure.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys fishing, watching NBL and coaching both his sons’ basketball teams.


Steven Briggs

Technical Manager

Steven Briggs brings two decades of IT industry experience to STW, specializing in the configuration of Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 as well as Network Design. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree as a Software Systems Engineer and has various Microsoft certifications.

Aside from computers, Steven enjoys riding with his kids or cross country, which he considers a great way to get outdoors.


Daniel Templeton

Service Manager

Daniel Templeton is STW’s Service Manager. After joining our team in 2018, he now manages our team of technicians to ensure the right technician is put on the job and our client’s needs are met. He holds Bachelors in Commerce and IT, as well as certifications from Microsoft and 3CX.

In his free time, Daniel can be found at a basketball court, computer, or sitting around a table over board games and good food.


Judith Dawe

Office Manager

Judith Dawe is our Office Manager who works behind the scenes to support our staff in her role as a HR representative. She also helps our clients with hardware & software procurement and oversees our company's Sales & Finance. Judith began her career with Stuff That Works in 2010 and has been a valuable member of our team ever since. She approaches her job with dedication and efficiency and knows how to keep everyone organised.

When Judith is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing with a good book.


Scott McCleave

Service Desk Officer

Scott McCleave is STW’s Solutions Engineer with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science and Diploma IT Networking. With 20 years of industry experience, Scott specializes in Windows Domain and Server administration, Network and infrastructure administration, Cisco systems (certified) and Microsoft 365.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy, watching sports and playing board games.
