WaveHelp

if you do not have WaveHelp yet then please download it from one of the two following links.
option 1: exe file
option 2: zip file
some firewalls or antivirus may prevent you from downloading the exe file, if so try the zip file. Some antivirus software has been know to complain about this software, this is because it allows remove viewing and control of your desktop. This version will only allow you to connect out to us. We cannot establish a connection to you.

Connecting to WaveHelp

1. Call the WaveHelp Support phone line. Make sure someone knows that you are connecting.
2. Double click on the WaveHelp icon.
3. Click Connect when instructed by WaveHelp support
   
4. To stop WaveHelp, right click on the icon in your system tray (near the clock in the bottom right hand side of your screen) and click close.
