Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  • All Referrals must be new clients to STW and will not be classified as referrals if STW has been providing support or other services within the last 2 years.
  • The Referral has to sign up within 180 days from the referral date, otherwise the referral will be void
  • The monthly IT Support spend of the referred client needs to be within 10% or higher than the referring clients support agreement
  • If the referred clients IT support spend per month is less that 10% or higher than the existing clients monthly IT support agreement, the referring client is still eligible for a pro rata discount for 1 month.
  • 1 month free IT support only includes support services. Not included are any other STW products and hardware.

  • STW reserves the right to change the Customer Referral Program and its Terms and Conditions at any time, and any decision by the company is final.
