As the Director of STW, Mark Churchward brings over eight years of IT industry experience to the company, and has worked as a part of our team for over five years. Mark earned an Advanced Diploma in Computer System Engineering from the Box Hill Institute. He holds numerous technical certifications with world-renowned technology companies including Microsoft and Cisco, making him the expert our loyal clients count on for reliable IT service and support.


Ian Rennison

Director

As a Service Manager for STW, Ian Rennison specializes in working with servers, networking, virtualization and Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007. Ian's education includes four years in an Advanced IT Apprenticeship: NVQ Level 3 - IT professional, and he also holds numerous technical certifications with some of the world's leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA. He brings more than eight years of experience to the company, having previously worked as a server implementation specialist in the UK and a systems engineer in Australia. When he's away from the office, Ian enjoys badminton, tennis, relaxing at home with a nice cold can of Dr. Pepper and dreams of one day seeing Leeds Utd finally returning to the English Premier League.


Steven Briggs

Steven Briggs

Senior System Engineer

Steven Briggs brings eight years of IT industry experience to STW, specializing in the configuration of Windows servers including Active Directory and Exchange, as well as network design. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree as a Software Systems Engineer and has certification in MCTS: Windows Server® 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration. Aside from computers, Steven enjoys cross country mountain biking, which he considers a great way to get outdoors, catch up with people and keep fit.


Adrian Raynor

Service Desk Officer

As an Account Manager for STW, Adrian Raynor is the technical expert our clients count on for expert service and support. Adrian attended Yarra Valley Grammar and the Box Hill Institute of TAFE, and also holds a Certificate IV in Information Technology. Adrian has previously worked as a Network Engineer for Thinkgroup and brings two and a half years of IT industry experience to our team. Away from the office, Adrian's hobbies include martial arts.


Judith Dawe

Judith Dawe

Office Manager

Judith Dawe is STW's dependable Office Manager, handling the company's general enquiries, quotes and accounts. She is the liaison our clients count on for professional support and friendly customer service. In her spare time, Judith enjoys German and English literature and travel.


Daryn Churchward

Marketing

Daryn Churchward holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Human Resources from La Trobe University, and handles all the marketing efforts of STW. With previous work history as an Account Manager and Sales Assistant, Daryn brings to our team the education and experience we need to achieve our marketing goals. In her time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and shopping.


Russell Martin

Russell Martin

Service Desk Officer

Russell Martin is responsible for Windows servers, including Active Directory and Exchange as well as remote access. He also deals with on-site visits and client communication for STW, ensuring complex technology and jargon can be easily understood. With nearly a decade of industry experience Russell has a Diploma in Network Engineering, is certified in Windows 7 and studying his Configuring certification. Outside of the world of IT Russell gets active by playing and refereeing basketball games.


Adam Milburn

Service Desk Officer

With 3 years of experience under his belt, Adam Milburn specializes in remote support of Microsoft Networks. He attended Haileybury College and has certifications in MCSA, CompTIA A+ and MSCDST. Adam’s previous experiences include providing Wintel Support at Your IT Office and providing Desktop Support at Resolve PC. In his free time, he likes to play his guitar and rally.


Scott McCleave

Service Desk Officer

Scott McCleave is STW’s support desk officer with an Associates Degree in Computer Science and Diploma IT Networking. With over nine years of industry experience, Scott specializes in Windows and Windows Server Operating Systems, SQL & Exchange, VMWare and PABX Phone Systems, among other expertise. In his spare time, Scott enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy, watching sports and playing board games.
